& Education Group

If you struggle with binge eating or emotional eating that is getting in your way of feeling healthy and calm about your relationship with food, then this group is for you.
This 8-week group for adults combines education about binge and emotional eating alongside science-informed tools and strategies you can use to change the cycle.
The group meets 1x a week for 8 consecutive weeks on Wednesdays from 12-1pm EST via zoom.
Group begins February 1, 2023, so register today to save your spot. Participants from any location are welcome.
The group costs just $60/group and is facilitated by 2 PhD psychologists with expertise in binge/emotional eating.
Men's Care Partner Support Group
Facilitated by Dr. Danielle Miro, a board-certified rehabilitation psychologist
If you are an adult man who is a primary care giver for a loved one who has an injury, illness or long-term health condition, then you need unique and ongoing support.
We understand the specific challenges and stressors that come with this role and we are pleased to offer a safe and supportive space for you to discuss your experiences, reduce your isolation, and make time for your own needs.
Role changes, intimacy issues and navigating decision making are just some of the topics we may cover.
The group meets 1x a month on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 6-7pm EST via zoom.
