Meet Rylan Rosario, MA
Rylan Rosario, MA is accepting new patients. She is a registered psychology associate who has a passion for the treatment of ADHD/executive functioning and neurological disorders, including epilepsy as well as the management of chronic medical conditions and PTSD/trauma in teens and adults. Rylan offers LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse affirming care. She has extensive training and experience in neuropsychologial assessment as well as individual, group and school-based treatments that incoporate tools from DBT and CBT. Her treatment approach is anchored in a biopsychosocial lens and cultural humility, ensuring each client receives personalized, high-quality care. She works with clients of aged 10+ via our HIPAA secure telehealth platform and she also offers limited in-person appointments in our office in Chevy Chase, Washington DC. She is able to work with clients in the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York and Hawaii. She earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and has received additional training from Howard University's doctoral program. Prior to her work as a therapist, Rylan gained extensive experience in working with adolescents as a peer advisor and health educator. She has additional pediatric mental health training and enjoys working with the full age range of those strugglig with neurodiversity, physical and mental health challenges.
