If you are realizing that quick fixes aren’t enough and if you are curious about the deeper motivators behind behavior change, come explore a different perspective on weight management with Michelle O'Brien, LPC.
Each week, we will discuss tools that help us work toward health change and successfully navigate obstacles.
Topics to be covered include: weight bias, self-image, emotional eating, boredom eating, body positivity, mindfulness, stress, motivation, and appetite.
Group size is limited in order to provide time for members to discuss current experiences, questions, or struggles and to receive support from peers.
